Returns & Refund Policy

No Returns Accepted:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns unless there is a proven quality issue.

Quality Issue Refunds:                                                                                                           

In the rare case of a quality concern, customers are entitled to a refund.
Proof and evidence (photos/videos) will be required.
The hair must be returned to us for inspection so we can determine what happened and improve if needed. We highly doubt this will occur due to our strict quality standards.
